Counseling Perspective
My goal as a psychotherapist is to meet my clients where they are in their life journey. Listening with respect and validation can move a client to seek their own truth and understanding. That is what I strive to do for each of my clients.
As an integrative therapist, I strive to help clients help themselves using techniques that best suit each individual.
In addition to individual counseling, I am certified in The Grief Recovery Method ®, (an action-oriented program to complete relationships that have been left incomplete through loss), and serve as a Grief Recovery Method Specialist ® for both individual and group sessions.
